The Von Neumann Architecture was published by John von Neumann in 1945. John von Neumann was a Hungarian-American mathematician, physicist and computer scientist. The Von Neumann Architecture, also called von Neumann model and Princeton architecture, is a computer architecture design which consists of a Control Unit, Arithmetic and Logic Unit (ALU), Memory Unit, Registers and Inputs and Outputs. This was a big advance in the computer science.
